From a scan to your organization’s questions
The solicitation scanner reads a public page. Working through a nonprofit’s case takes more context: its activities, existing records, and whether an exemption may apply.
On a call, we can review your scanner result or start with the question that brought you here. I can help locate and read relevant public sources, identify information still needed, and organize the documents and answers a submission asks for.
If you are working through a filing, I can walk through the published instructions and submission process with you. You review and submit your organization’s information.
What to bring
A question, a scanner result, or the name of the form you are working on is enough to start. You do not need to complete a scan first.
The help is free. I handle requests myself and have limited availability. I respond in under 24 hours.

How the tools support the work
The decision engine is an internal tool I built to automate the repeatable parts of determination research for each nonprofit case. It applies researched rules to structured facts, including exemption information, and returns a result with source references.
That gives the research a consistent starting point. I still need to check the facts, read the sources in context, and work through unanswered questions with you. Guided submission help builds on that work by organizing the information and walking through the published filing instructions.
The rules run deterministically: the same inputs produce the same result, without an AI model making the decision. The example below shows one part of that process. It does not assess your organization or submit a filing.
